While I write several reports and presentation, it makes me under pressure. Many cases related with my anxiety are expectation and ambiguity. <\/p>\n<p>Sometimes I realize my ability and the limit that I can get, but at the same time I believe I can achieve my goal though the best effort. This psychic reaction is based on the basic instinction of self-respect. But it&#8217;s very important how to regulate to show self-respect. If the desire for satisfying my goal spills over the moderate line, those efforts grow to an unexpected burdensome things. <\/p>\n<p>For example, I can handle 2 to 3 projects including my private life as a family man. But because of over-confidence or avarice, I take 4 and more. And the result is easy to anticipate. Normally it will drive you to the bottom line of your persistency. And you didn&#8217;t fulfill from the results of projects, but there is no way to try again. All things have already finished. <\/p>\n<p>From this simple truth, we can get more practical lesson. <br \/>&#8220;Just define what is not decided and if you find out what you can change, you should.&#8221;<br \/>Whether the result is satisfying, you should accept it. The past flied away is just the past. There is nothing to do. And reality always has infinite possibilities. But it&#8217;s restricted to the area that we can handle. Though we do our best to get a goal, there are many limit in real world environmentally, physically, fiscally&#8230;. <br \/>So to define the situation and need more clearly is the first step for the next move. <\/p>\n<p>When I took an examination last sunday, I worried everything around the exam all the time. After the exam of taking 6 hours, I&#8217;m totally exhausted. At that time, my friend told me,<br \/>&#8220;You forget about the exam. It&#8217;s over. There&#8217;s nothing to change. It&#8217;s no use to worry about.&#8221;<br \/>It occured to me that I addicted so many needless anxiety. I concerned almost everything which I was related to. <\/p>\n<p>This experience relieve me of over-stress and barriers keep me away from getting my objectives.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m working for a telecommunication company.
