Many people think cloud computing is used for a business websites. But it will be more widely adopted by Google’s chrome OS. Google has released the netbook which embeds Chrome OS. Chrome is originally web browser which can emprove the speed of loading websites. This simple web browser is used for the main frame of new OS for PCs. Chrome OS is totally light and easy to use programs via internet.
This internet based OS doesn’t need high speculations such as CPU, RAM and hard drive memory. It dramatically shortens a booting speed. Those charateristics have pursuaded many net book makers to adopt Chrome OS. Including Samsung and Asus, many players have a plan for releasing a line of net books with Chrome.
But OS market is not that easy for Google. Microsoft Windows series grab the most part of this market. And most of softwares are already developed and distributed based on Windows.
As Google says in the above video script, many users spends their time surfing around a lot of websites. In this viewpoint, there are two key points for the success of Google’s Chrome.
The one is whether users are dependent on standalone softwares or net-based services.
The other is whether devices are diversified or integrated into a few ofl groups.
