Everyday I’ve read interesting news about commerce. According to the article of Reuters, there is the rumor that Groupon may be acquired by Google. It’s already started that the strategy of Google on commerce is progressing in detail. The representative example are acquisition of ‘Like.com’ and launching of ‘Boutiques.com.’
Groupon has already established its nationwide service systems. Based on sourcing the items with innovative prices. And if Google really takes Groupon, commerce may face a new paradigm.
